I use garlic in almost every dish that I make so to save time, I like to process and freeze my garlic into small cubes or a freezer bag
Save even more time by using pre-peeled garlic. I love this huge bag that I get from Costco.
Cut off the ends.
Use a food processor to chop into small pieces.
Place into a big freezer bag, flatten out, and break off pieces (I use a meat tenderizer) as needed.
Or freeze them in ice cube trays and then once they frozen, put them into a freezer bag.
