Tips & Tricks: Freeze Your Garlic

I use garlic in almost every dish that I make so to save time, I like to process and freeze my garlic into small cubes or a freezer bag

eggilove 7 1024x660 Tips & Tricks: Freeze Your Garlic Place into a big freezer bag, flatten out, and break off pieces (I use a meat tenderizer) as needed.
Or freeze them in ice cube trays and then once they frozen, put them into a freezer bag.
